Welcome to Redline Conditioning
Hi, my name is Marc Locquiao and welcome to Redline Conditioning. I am a personal trainer based out of Surrey BC, specializing in training runners, triathletes, and police applicants. My sporting background is triathlons, I'm a runner at heart, and I've trained police recruits for the last three years, so I feel I have a good understanding of what the needs are of each. Having said that, I have a trained and coached people of all ages and fitness/athletic ability; from newbies to the sport of triathlon, to young high school runners; from the average Joe who knew nothing of strength training, to the police recruit who had less than a week to prepare for the physical test.
Through my blog, I hope you will learn a thing or two about proper training, such as how to train, proper technique, what to do, what not to do, etc. Many of my blogs will mostly be running, triathlon, or police related, but I have plenty to say about anything in general. If you have any topics you'd wish me to cover, please let me know and I'll do my best to cover it.
